WHERE DO WE DELIVER? 

EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands), Sweden, UK Channel Islands and Mainland. 

Orders that are placed outside of these destinations will automatically be refused.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard UK:  3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Express / Next day:  1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and rural delivery areas)

Standard EU:  5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Standard / Express / Priority — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 13:00pm GMT+1 will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 13:00 pm GMT+1 cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Gift Wrap options are available at additional cost. 

During peak periods, additional processing time may be required. 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay. 

Our designated courier will leave a card or notification to rearrange delivery should no one be home to sign for your parcel.

SHIPPING COSTS 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address for shipping.

Rural Postal Codes: If you reside in a rural postal code or remote location considered a "beyond point," we can reach your destination through both Standard and Express shipping. However, our delivery estimates for some post codes vary, so please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses:

Remote area post codes: AB, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE

DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance and we'll be happy to help you.

REDIRECTING YOUR ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
